Yum Yum
Okay, I should have posted this last night but I was, quite frankly, far too sated. Jymi came home after work Sunday night and proceded to tear up the kitchen with some home cookin'.
The fajitas she whipped up in an hour...well, I don't even know what to say about the chicken fajitas. I stuffed myself. Sooooo goood. But what we really need to discuss is the Salsa. Homemade Salsa, people. Oh yeah, I know I capitalized that S. You don't understand. This was SALSA! This was food you talk about to your co-workers the next day.
I came home tonight and scooped Spanish rice, fajita chicken and veggies into a bowl. I tucked it into the microwave and scooped up big chunks of homemade Salsa with salty, salty tortilla chips. I can't even begin to explain how happy my tummy is right now! Jymi is my hero!

I am a hero! That's it -- I demand a heroic fanfare played whenever I enter a room.
You'll get your fanfare when you walk in with the tights and cape (Oh, wait. Still eating fabulous left-over. What I meant was...)
Duh Da-Da DAAAAAAAA!!!
